This Privacy Policy describes how About Agency ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the MTG Sliver Tracker mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account information (when you sign up)

Email address
Display name you choose in-app
An identifier from your authentication provider (Clerk, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign In) used to recognise your account on return visits

1.2 Data you create inside the App

Player names, deck names, commander selections
Match data: dates, life totals, poison counters, commander damage, events (life changes, turn changes, eliminations), winner and loss conditions
Pod (group) names, membership, and invite codes you generate or accept
App preferences (language, theme, default match settings)

1.3 Guest mode

If you use the App without signing in, your data is stored only on your device. We do not receive it. Clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App permanently deletes this data.

1.4 Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect your precise or approximate location.
We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health data.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the current release.
We do not send you marketing emails or push notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you and keep you signed in across devices
To store, sync, and display the matches, players, decks, and pods you create
To compute statistics (win rates, head-to-head records, deck performance) on your own data
To let you share pods with other players via invite codes
To diagnose crashes and errors reported by the App runtime

3. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following processors. None of them receive data beyond what is necessary for their role.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: open Settings → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and removes your sign-in credentials, decks, players, and personal match history. As a backup, you may also email support@aboutagency.mx from the email address on your account, and we will process the request within 30 days.

Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. Match history belonging to other players in a pod you co-hosted may remain visible to those players after your account is deleted (your name will be replaced with "Former player").

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
Export your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent at any time

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact support@aboutagency.mx and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures: HTTPS in transit, encrypted storage at rest (Neon), and authenticated access to the API (Clerk JWTs). No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the App at your own risk.

8. International Transfers

Our backend and database providers may store data outside your country of residence (for example, in the United States or European Union). By using the App you consent to this transfer.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
